Matthew Brown – Foreign Associate
Matthew specialises in international arbitration, representing and advising clients in arbitration proceedings under the auspices of, among others, the ICC, DIAC, NAI and CEPANI. His practice includes commercial matters as well as investment arbitration proceedings under UNCITRAL and ICSID. He coaches Leiden University’s team for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition and has previously coached teams from Afghanistan and the Middle East. While in law school, his team reached the final 16 of the Willem C. Vis Moot, and Matthew received an honourable mention as Best Oralist.
Matthew is a member of Young ICCA, ICC YAF and NAI Jong Oranje. He has published on arbitration in the journal Transnational Dispute Management and serves on the editorial board of the Vindobona Journal of International Commercial Law and Arbitration.
Suzanne Landheer – Professional Support Lawyer
Suzanne is a Professional Support Lawyer at Houthoff and she is admitted to the bar in the Netherlands. She specialises in international arbitration, private international law and commercial contracts. She is a member of NAI Jong Oranje and the Dutch Arbitration Association. Suzanne is also a guest lecturer in International Commercial Law and Roman Law at Leiden University.
Foram Kamdar – Foreign Associate
Foram specialises in international arbitration and commercial litigation. She represents and advises clients on various arbitration proceedings. Her practice includes commercial matters as well as investment arbitration proceedings under UNCITRAL and ICSID and related court litigation. She coaches Leiden University’s team for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition.
Foram has an experience of 4 years in practicing white collar crimes and commercial litigation before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India and also has several reported judgments in her name. She is a member of Young ICCA and the Dutch Arbitration Association.
